受乔治·佩雷克观察方式的启发,我开始有意识地关注微妙而日常的细节,并将其作为我步行实践的原则。这种练习逐渐影响了我的日常生活和平面设计实践,演变成一种思考和工作的方式。
《为什么这里没有行人视角?》是一本研究文档,记录了一段旅程,比较地图上的街道与我作为行人的日常身体体验。我尝试重新利用 Google 街景来追踪微小的细节,例如路面变化,并进一步研究地图,揭示出地图往往反映的是制作者的视角,而非使用者的视角。在此,我希望探讨习惯性视角和地图的传统规则如何影响我们在城市中的体验与感知,以及当我们放下熟悉的认知,个体如何在街道中行走并形成自己的心理地图。经过几次调整后,我决定将这些发现绘制在纸上,并最终整理成一本轻薄、易于阅读的杂志。

Inspired by Georges Perec’s way of observing, I began consciously focusing on subtle and commonplace details as a principle of my walking practice. This exercise gradually affects both my everyday and graphic design practice, evolving into a method of thinking and working.
Why is there no pedestrian perspective here? is a research documentation tracing a journey that compares mapped streets with my day-to-day physical experiences as a pedestrian. By repurposing Google Street View to track subtle details, such as changes in road surfaces, and expanding research on maps, which reveals how maps often reflect the perspectives of their creators, rather than those of the users. Here, I attempt to explore how habitual perspectives and mapping conventions influence our experiences and perceptions in the city, and how, by setting aside the familiar, individuals navigate the streets to form mental maps. After a few changes, I decided to map my findings on sheets of paper, then compile into a thin, easily accessible magazine.
